Venus passing between the Earth and The Sun. Won't see this again for over 100 Earth years!
We used a pair of old binoculars, faced them backwards towards The Sun and shone the image it cast on a piece of pink paper to capture the image. Here's a pic of us getting the set up.
I have another glimpse that came out ok.
